The Global Security Supply Chain Program Manager is responsible to deliver best-in-class, innovative supply chain security programs that protect our people, assets, and reputation. This position will be a key member of Global Security Programs Supply Chain Security team assisting with supply chain policy, audit, and company compliance, as well as ensuring proper support is provided to internal partners working on confidential projects.


  • Covering the Americas region encompassing North America, Mexico and South America
  • Managing a regional cargo security program while aligning with global Security function goals
  • Maximizing partnerships with internal and external management staff from Facebook business teams including Logistics, Trade Ops, Legal, Risk Management, Customer Service, along with Freight Forwarders and other 3PLs
  • Maintaining a recognized Best-in-Class supply chain security program
  • Work the Facebook portfolio with global trade security programs such as C-TPAT and participate with others in global and regional trade security initiatives
  • Conducts virtual/on-site audits of transit lanes and warehouses where Facebook product is regularly moved and/or stored
  • Assess the supply chain landscape and recommends modifications to security plans and supply chain operations at the regional level
  • Define processes/procedures as well as implement those procedures in the Americas region
  • Work with external service providers to leverage cargo security resources and to monitor compliance with contractual security requirements at the regional level
  • Research and evaluate industry standards and benchmarks to support projects (as needed)
  • Will have to foster strong pyramid partnerships and able to effectively prioritize workload demands to meet project deadlines
  • Ability to travel (including internationally) up to 25%, with little notice to accomplish assignments and responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Supply Chain experience
  • Experience managing, multi-country supply chain security programs, involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience managing third party vendors
  • Knowledge and field experience in supply chain security, TAPA requirements, C-TPAT, NEEC and other trade security initiatives
  • Experience working independently
  • Experience with collaboration and building cross-functional relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Customer service, communication, and presentation experience
  • Experience drafting technical and non-technical formats
  • Computer experience and knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

In the role of Product Security Specialist – WHQ you are a primary liaison between Global Security and key Nike functions throughout the product creation process. This position leads cross-functional teams, creates and implements operational processes, identifies security gaps, and develops measures to protect the product at its most critical stages to prevent theft, loss, and leaks.

The core functions of responsibility include, but are not limited to: product security training and awareness, conducting assessments, compiling key performance indicators to analyse trends, and supporting enterprise-level initiatives.
