David is a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation serving in both the New York Office and the Miami Division. He has directed numerous investigations involving violations such as RICO, ITAR, extortion, money laundering, witness tampering, and corruption.

David is an internationally recognized expert on organized crime, an FBI Instructor and a licensed attorney serving as an FBI Legal Advisor assisting with matters involving the Criminal Investigative Division, the Counterintelligence Division, and the Counterterrorism Division.
