CTPAT Director Manuel A. Garza and Supervisory Supply Chain Security Specialist Ray Monzon will provide an update on CTPAT programs and initiatives. The Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) is but one layer in U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) multi-layered cargo enforcement strategy.
