FSR and TSR Standards Training Is Going On-Demand

Starting October 1, 2026, FSR and TSR Standards Training will transition from a live webinar format to a web-based, on-demand learning platform, TalentLMS. TalentLMS is a cloud-based learning management system (LMS). This new training format gives you the flexibility to complete your training when and where it works best for you—without having to wait for a scheduled webinar.

How It Works

1. Register When You’re Ready

Visit https://tapa.memberclicks.net/2026-standards-training-registration and select your registration option:

  • Member (Complimentary for those listed on the membership)
  • Non-member (Cost is $699 for non-members or $399 if your company is a member but you are not listed on the membership). Payments are non-refundable and not transferable or applicable to another training or person.

After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with step-by-step instructions for accessing the Learning Management System (TalentLMS) and beginning your training.

Please note: Non-members must pay for the training in full before access to TalentLMS will be provided. If you fail the exam, you will need to re-take it at an additional cost.

2. Complete Your Training

The training can be taken at your own pace, according to your schedule. Once you begin your training course, you will have 30 days to complete it.

If you have any questions during the course, please use the "Message Your Instructor" option at the top right of the left panel. We will respond within 24 hours on working days.

The training tool includes all training videos, quizzes, course PDFs, a case study for exam preparation, and the final examination.
The modules must be completed sequentially. After each module, you will answer three Intermediate Questions (Quizzes) to check your understanding. These are not part of the exam, and all three must be answered correctly to proceed to the next module.

 

3. Pass the Final Exam

After completing all required modules, you must take and pass the Final Exam with a score of at least 80%.

If You Pass the Final Exam

Congratulations! Upon successfully passing the Final Exam, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.

If You Do Not Pass the Final Exam

Once payment is received, you will receive a link by email from our Learning Management System (TalentLMS) with instructions on how to access your course. This email may take up to two hours to receive.

  1. To create your account in TalentLMS, enter your email in the TalentLMS system as your username and then click "Forgot Password" to create a password.

  2. If you already have established your account, please log in.

  3. Once you've logged in to the TalentLMS System, you will be able to select your course.

Please note: 

  • Payments are non-refundable and not transferable or applicable to another training or person.

    You will have 30 days from the start of the course to complete each training. If you do not finish your training within 30 days or if you fail the exam, you will have to re-take the course at an additional cost.
